Frequently asked questions
What is revenue operations reporting?
RevOps reporting is a single, trusted layer of dashboards and analytics across marketing, sales and customer success — pipeline, conversion, forecast, attribution and revenue — built on a clean, shared data model so every team runs on the same numbers.
Why don't our current HubSpot reports agree?
Usually because of inconsistent data and definitions — duplicate records, different filters, and teams defining 'qualified' or 'pipeline' differently. We standardise the data model and definitions first, then build reporting on top, so the numbers reconcile.
What dashboards do you build?
Typically pipeline and forecast dashboards for sales, funnel and attribution dashboards for marketing, retention and health dashboards for success, and an executive dashboard that ties them into one revenue view.
Do we need a data warehouse or BI tool?
Often not — HubSpot's reporting, custom report builder and dashboards cover most needs. Where you have high data volumes or external sources, we can integrate a warehouse or BI tool, but we start with what HubSpot does natively.
How long does it take?
Most reporting engagements take 3–6 weeks, depending on data cleanliness and the number of teams and dashboards. If the underlying data needs work first, we scope that alongside.
