QueuedClose the deal in HubSpot. Bill it in Younium. See both everywhere.
Younium is a B2B subscription management and billing platform built for SaaS companies — subscription lifecycle, usage-based and tiered pricing, automated invoicing, accounts receivable and revenue recognition under IFRS 15 and ASC 606, with EU and US data residency. For Nordic and European SaaS teams that have outgrown spreadsheet billing, it's the system finance runs on while sales lives in HubSpot.
The native connector ties the two together: HubSpot companies sync to Younium accounts, closed deals become subscription orders in one click, Younium quotes attach to deals, and live account data — orders, charges, invoices and their status — appears in widgets on the HubSpot record. With custom objects, subscriptions sync continuously into HubSpot for reporting, workflows and triggers. The value is in the configuration: mapping products and legal entities, choosing the right quote-or-line-items model, and wiring renewals and change orders into your pipeline. That's what we set up and maintain.
What the integration does
- HubSpot companies synced to Younium accounts — mapped on setup so no duplicates are created
- One-click orders: closed HubSpot deals become draft subscription orders in Younium, with flat, quantity-based and tiered pricing
- Younium Quotes widget on deals — advanced pricing (tiered, usage) without HubSpot line items, with the deal amount updated automatically
- Live insights on HubSpot companies: account KPIs, orders and charges, invoices and invoice status
- Subscriptions synced continuously to HubSpot custom objects — usable in reporting, workflows and triggers
- Change-order deals for upsells and amendments that update the existing subscription instead of creating a new one
Younium + HubSpot vs HubSpot Revenue Hub
HubSpot ships its own quoting, payments and simple subscriptions in Revenue Hub, and for straightforward recurring invoices it can be enough. Here's an honest look at where each one wins, so you buy the right thing.

A clear, repeatable rollout
Scope
We map your products, pricing models, legal entities and how deals should become orders.
Connect & configure
We install the connector, map accounts and products, and set up the order and quote widgets.
Automate
We wire change orders, renewals and subscription objects into your pipelines and reporting.
Enable
We train sales and finance on the flow and hand over a documented, working setup.
Licensing
Younium is priced per company on custom quotes, and the HubSpot connector is licensed as an add-on to your Younium subscription — talk to Younium for current pricing. Note two HubSpot-side requirements: tiered pricing on one-click orders needs Revenue Hub Professional or Enterprise, and the continuous subscription sync needs a HubSpot plan with custom objects. Superwork's implementation is part of your subscription, separate from the Younium licence.
Scope your buildFrequently asked questions
What does the Younium HubSpot connector do?
It syncs HubSpot companies to Younium accounts, turns closed HubSpot deals into draft subscription orders in one click, attaches Younium quotes to deals, and shows live account data — orders, charges, invoices and their status — in widgets on the HubSpot record. With custom objects enabled, Younium subscriptions sync continuously into HubSpot for reporting and workflows.
Should we use HubSpot line items or Younium quotes?
There are two working models. Deals with HubSpot line items are simplest: close the deal and send it to Younium as a ready-to-bill order, limited to HubSpot's pricing capabilities. Younium quotes unlock advanced pricing — tiered, usage-based — managed in Younium and linked to the deal, without HubSpot products. We help you pick one and configure it properly; mixing the two is where setups go wrong.
How do upsells and renewals work?
Through change-order deals: a standard HubSpot deal marked with a Younium change type, effective date and order number. When it syncs, Younium updates the existing subscription instead of creating a new one — so expansion revenue flows through your pipeline like any other deal, and the subscription record stays clean.
What are the licensing requirements?
The connector is licensed as an add-on to your Younium subscription. On the HubSpot side, tiered pricing on orders requires Revenue Hub Professional or Enterprise (volume, stair-step and graduated models map to Younium's volume and tiered pricing), and the continuous subscription sync requires a plan with custom objects. We'll confirm what your portal needs during scoping.
How is Younium different from HubSpot's Revenue Hub?
Revenue Hub covers quotes, payments and simple recurring invoices — fine for straightforward billing. Younium is a full subscription-management platform: usage-based billing, amendments and renewals, multi-entity and multi-currency invoicing, accounts receivable automation and revenue recognition under IFRS 15/ASC 606. If finance needs real subscription accounting, Revenue Hub alone won't get there.
Do we need a developer, and how long does setup take?
No developer — the connector is out of the box, and we handle the configuration: account mapping, product and legal-entity setup, widgets, change-order pipeline and subscription objects. A focused setup typically takes days; a full rollout with quoting, change orders and finance training a couple of weeks. Younium's own connector documentation is public if your team wants the technical detail.
