CRM property audit
Paste a property export and get a prioritised audit: fill rates, format problems, duplicates-in-disguise and what to fix first.

When to use it
Before any scoring, routing or enrichment project — bad inputs quietly break all three. Run this on your most-used object first, usually companies.
The prompt
You are a RevOps consultant auditing a HubSpot property export. I will paste a CSV export of our [OBJECT — companies/contacts/deals] with all properties. Analyse it and report: 1) Fill rate per property, flagging anything under 60% that other tools depend on. 2) Format inconsistencies — mixed casing, phone and date formats, free-text values that should be dropdowns. 3) Fields that duplicate each other under different names. 4) Values that look like test or junk data. Finish with a prioritised fix list: for each item, the fix, whether it can be automated with a HubSpot workflow or needs manual cleanup, and what breaks downstream if we skip it. Ask me clarifying questions about fields you cannot interpret before you assume.
How to use it
- 1Export the object from HubSpot (index page → Export) with all properties.
- 2Paste the prompt, then attach or paste the CSV.
- 3Answer the clarifying questions — field meaning is where audits go wrong.
- 4Work the fix list top-down; automate the workflow-fixable items first.
Tips
- Large portals: export a random 1,000-row sample rather than everything.
- Strip obviously sensitive columns before pasting — the audit rarely needs them.
- Re-run after the cleanup and compare fill rates for a before/after you can show.
