Sound familiar?

Consulting is for the moments when the blocker isn't hands — it's certainty. Here's where a few hours with an experienced outsider changes the outcome.

“We have HubSpot, but we aren’t sure we’re using it well.”

Get an experienced read on your setup and a prioritized view of what to improve first — and what to leave alone.

Sales and marketing use different definitions and processes.

Agree on lifecycle stages, handoffs and ownership your teams can actually follow — documented, not tribal.

Our reporting is difficult to trust or explain.

Understand the definitions and logic behind your numbers, so the next board slide doesn’t need a disclaimer.

We’re about to change a core workflow and we’re not certain.

Review the approach, edge cases and testing plan before your team implements it — a second opinion when it’s cheap.

Our admin has nobody experienced to discuss decisions with.

A sparring partner for architecture, automation logic and maintenance calls — before they’re built, not after.

The team needs training that fits our portal, not a generic course.

Practical, role-specific sessions in your own HubSpot, on your own processes and data.

What we help with

Five ways to use us

Every engagement is built from these. Some clients need one focused conversation; others combine training with ongoing coaching. We'll be straight about which you actually need.

01

HubSpot strategy and priorities

Decide what to improve and in what order. We help you weigh effort against impact across your portal, so the roadmap reflects your business — not the latest feature announcement.

02

RevOps and process advice

Clarify lifecycle stages, lead handoffs, ownership and governance. This is where most HubSpot friction actually lives, and where a decision made well once saves arguments for years.

03

Team training

Practical skills for each role — marketers, reps, managers — taught in your own portal on your own processes. People learn the version of HubSpot they'll use on Monday.

04

Administrator coaching

Regular working sessions with your internal admin: architecture, automation logic, reporting and maintenance decisions, discussed with someone who's made these calls many times.

05

Review and feedback

You bring plans, builds or drafts; we assess them, explain the trade-offs, and recommend next steps. Honest feedback before something ships beats a rescue project after.

How we work together

A simple loop: we work through decisions and skills in focused sessions, your team applies them in HubSpot, and we review the result together.

  1. 1

    Understand

We start with your business, team and current challenges — what's working, what isn't, and who does what today.

  2. 2

    Agree priorities

Together we set the decisions to work through and the skills to build, so every session has a purpose.

  3. 3

    Work in focused sessions

Advice, training and reviews happen in working sessions with the right people in the room.

  4. 4

    Your team applies it

Between sessions, your team makes the changes in HubSpot — with clear guidance on what to build and how to test it.

  5. 5

    Review and adjust

We look at what shipped, what you learned, and what the next priority should be.

What we do

  • Advise on decisions and priorities
  • Explain trade-offs in plain language
  • Teach skills in your own portal
  • Challenge assumptions before they're built
  • Review plans and finished work

What your team does

  • Makes the business decisions
  • Configures HubSpot and builds the changes
  • Tests before rolling out
  • Operates the platform day to day
  • Owns the knowledge afterwards
An illustrative engagement

Marketing and sales disagree about lead routing

Marketing says leads go stale in the queue; sales says half of what arrives isn't worth a call. Both are right, because the routing rules grew one exception at a time and nobody owns the definition of “sales-ready” anymore.

In a handful of working sessions, we help the team write down the rules they actually want: what qualifies a lead, who gets it, what happens on holiday cover, and which of HubSpot's routing approaches fits — with the trade-offs of each spelled out. Then we review the internal admin's build plan and testing checklist before anything goes live.

Sessions

Definitions agreed across both teams, options explained, edge cases documented

Your admin

Builds and deploys the routing changes in HubSpot

Review

We check the result against the agreed rules and testing plan

What's left behind

A documented process your team understands and can change themselves

Ways to work together

Most needs fall into one of three shapes. Scope, participants and pricing are agreed together, in writing, before we start — sized to the problem in front of you rather than a pre-cut package.

Focused advice

One decision, examined properly: a lifecycle model, a reporting structure, a planned process change. Best when you need certainty before your team commits.

Team training

Role-specific sessions in your own portal for marketers, reps or admins. Best when adoption or skills are the bottleneck, not the setup.

Ongoing coaching

A standing rhythm with your admin or RevOps lead: decisions discussed before they're built, work reviewed after. Best when HubSpot is central and evolving.

Advice from people who do this work every week

Superwork is a HubSpot & RevOps agency founded by Thorstein Nordby. The consultants you'll work with are the same specialists who build, fix and operate HubSpot portals for our subscription clients all week — the advice comes from current practice, not slides.

Teaching is already how we work in public: our guides, blog and free prompt library exist so teams can do more themselves. Consulting is the same instinct, applied to your portal and your decisions.

HubSpot Solutions Partner

Certified specialists across marketing, sales, service and operations.

Practitioners, not presenters

The same people doing implementation and RevOps work for clients across Europe.

A public teaching track record

In-depth guides, 130+ articles and a free prompt library — see for yourself before you hire us.

Is consulting the right kind of help?

It isn't always. Here's the honest map of the alternatives — and where each one fits.

HubSpot Academy & courses

Excellent structured learning about the platform in general. Free, self-paced, and the right place to build baseline knowledge.

HubSpot support

Answers product questions, and premium tiers add proactive technical guidance. The right channel when the question is about HubSpot itself.

Consulting (this service)

Applies expertise to your business: your definitions, decisions and team. The right fit when you have hands but need judgment and skills.

Implementation services

Someone else executes the work. If your team doesn't have the capacity or desire to build, our subscription covers that — a different service, honestly labeled.

Frequently asked questions

Will you make changes inside our HubSpot account?

No. Through this service we advise, train, coach and review — your team makes the changes. We'll happily look at your portal together on a screen share to give concrete guidance, but production changes stay in your team's hands. If you want implementation done for you, that's our subscription service, and we'll tell you plainly when that's the better fit.

Can you help if we already use HubSpot?

Yes — that's exactly who this is for. Consulting assumes you have HubSpot and people to run it, and need better decisions and stronger skills rather than another pair of hands.

How does consulting differ from training or implementation?

Training builds skills, implementation does the work for you, and consulting applies expertise to your specific decisions — often blending advice, teaching and review in the same engagement. In practice, we advise and teach; implementation is a separate Superwork service with its own model.

How does this complement HubSpot Academy and HubSpot support?

Well. Academy is excellent structured learning about the platform in general; HubSpot's support answers product questions, and its premium tiers add proactive technical guidance. Consulting is about your business: your definitions, your processes, your portal, your team's decisions. Most clients use all three for different jobs.

Who from our team should participate?

Whoever owns the decisions we're working through — typically the HubSpot admin or RevOps lead, plus the marketing or sales ops people affected by the topic. Training sessions are scoped per role so nobody sits through material they won't use.

What should we prepare?

Your questions and the context behind them: the process you're unsure about, the report you don't trust, the change you're considering. No portal inventory or documentation package required — we'll ask for what we need as we go.

Can we get help with a specific decision or problem?

Yes. Focused advice on a single decision — a lifecycle model, a migration approach, a reporting structure — is a common way to start. Not every engagement needs to be ongoing.

What happens between sessions?

Your team applies what we agreed while it's fresh. How much support is available between sessions depends on the scope we agree together — we'll set that expectation explicitly rather than leaving it vague.

How are scope and pricing agreed?

We start with a conversation about what you need, then agree scope, participants and pricing in writing before anything begins. No surprises, and no pressure to commit to more than the problem in front of you.

Can you support our location and time zone?

Sessions are remote by default. We're based in Norway and work across Europe; if you're elsewhere, mention your time zone when you reach out and we'll confirm the fit honestly.

Discuss your HubSpot challenges

Tell us what you're wrestling with — a decision, a skills gap, a report nobody trusts. We'll reply within one business day to set up a conversation and see whether consulting is the right shape of help.

  • No obligation, no prepared pitch
  • We'll say so if another approach fits better
  • Scope and pricing agreed in writing before anything starts

What would you like help with?

A sentence or two about your situation is plenty.
