Superwork partners with Aircall to bring every customer call into HubSpot for revenue teams

OSLO, Norway — July 18, 2026 — Superwork, the subscription-based HubSpot RevOps agency, today announced a service partnership with Aircall, the AI-powered customer communications platform. Under the partnership, Superwork will implement, configure, and operate Aircall for its clients — turning calling, call logging, conversation intelligence, and call-driven automation into managed services that run natively inside HubSpot.

In most B2B companies, phone conversations are the least documented part of the revenue process. Deals advance on calls that leave no trace in the CRM, rep activity goes unreported, and managers coach from memory instead of recordings. Aircall closes that gap: every call is logged to the right contact, company, deal, or ticket in HubSpot — with duration, outcome, recording, and transcription attached. Superwork brings the missing piece: a dedicated team that designs the phone workflows, wires call data into pipelines and reporting, and maintains the setup as part of its RevOps subscription.

What clients can expect

Every call on the record — automatically. Conversations are logged to HubSpot contacts, companies, deals, and tickets with duration, outcome, tags, a link to the recording, and transcription. Activity reporting and deal history stop depending on whether a rep remembered to type up notes.

Context before the phone rings. Aircall's insight cards surface HubSpot data — owner, lifecycle stage, open deals, recent activity — on the rep's screen as calls come in. Superwork configures the cards around each client's data model, so reps answer knowing exactly who is calling and why it matters.

Outbound at pipeline speed. Click-to-dial from any HubSpot record and power dialing through call lists remove the manual friction from outbound blocks. Reps work the pipeline instead of copying numbers between tabs.

Automation triggered by conversations. Call outcomes and custom properties feed HubSpot workflows — follow-up emails, task creation, deal-stage updates, and automatic ticket creation routed by pipeline and call type. Superwork builds these flows to match each client's actual sales and service process.

Call data that shows up in the forecast. Because Superwork operates the integration with the same QA and documentation standards it applies to all HubSpot work, call activity becomes reliable reporting: connect rates, talk time, and outcomes by rep, team, and pipeline — visible in the same dashboards leadership already uses.

Aircall is used by more than 23,000 companies and connects to 250+ business tools, with SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance. Superwork clients access these capabilities through their existing subscription, with implementation and workflow builds scoped through the Superwork client portal at the same 24–48 hour turnaround that applies to other briefs.

“Calls are where deals actually move, and in most CRMs they are invisible. Aircall lets us make the phone a first-class citizen in HubSpot: every conversation logged, transcribed, and feeding the workflows and reports our clients already run on. Reps do less admin, managers coach from real recordings, and the forecast reflects what was actually said — not what someone remembered to write down.”
